Mike Prager brings with him a unique breadth of experience across a variety of premium branded, consumer businesses. Prior to joining De'Longhi, Mr. Prager served as President, Oregon Scientific, an award winning personal electronics company based in Portland, Oregon. During his 5 year tenure he helped lead the company to its most profitable performance of its more than 20 year history. Previously, Mr. Prager served in various executive roles for global consumer companies including The Timberland Company, Johnson & Johnson and Procter & Gamble.

Prior to joining De'Longhi, Ms. Passaro most recently worked as Global VP, Sales and Marketing, McIntosh Laboratory where she repositioned the 60 year old iconic audio brand to the luxury lifestyle market, initiated the company's global website and built the digital and social media strategy. Ms. Passaro also spent several years at Montblanc NA, a division of the Richemont Group, where she launched fine watches and jewelry for the prestigious writing instrument company. Ms. Passaro's earlier career included 8 years at J. Walter Thompson directing all integrated marketing activities for DeBeers - the global diamond company.
