("Decision Dynamics" or "DDY") (TSX-V: DDY), is pleased to announce that it has received final approval from the Court of Queen's Bench of Alberta and has satisfied all closing conditions of the previously announced plan of arrangement, resulting in Coreworx Inc. ("Coreworx"), a subsidiary of Acorn Energy Inc. ("Acorn"), acquiring all of the issued and outstanding shares of Decision Dynamics.
In addition, Decision Dynamics has received formal acceptance from the TSX-V on the following share issuance transactions:
1,287,340 common shares at a deemed price of $0.090 per share pursuant to
the terms of DDY's Share Accumulation Plan for Directors. These shares
represent the amount of Deferred Share Units reserved for remaining
Directors as fees for services.

95,239 common shares at a deemed price of $0.105 per share to
