<p><location>TORONTO</location>, <chron>Dec. 1</chron> /CNW/ -- Daimler Financial Services and the renowned Drawing and Painting program of the Ontario College of Art & Design (OCAD) are collaborating to create an ongoing, annual exhibition series titled Experiencing Perspectives.</p>
<p/>
<p>This exhibition of contemporary work by students, faculty and graduates will be displayed throughout the company's Canadian headquarters in Mississauga, Ontario, on Matheson Boulevard East. The exhibition will rotate new work into the building every 12 months.</p>
<p/>
<p>Experiencing Perspectives celebrates the company's launch of a newly formed partnership with OCAD. It is the first and only initiative of its kind in <location>Canada</location>, one that joins established and up-and-coming artists in a non-traditional exhibition approach.</p>
<p/>
<p>"This is a magnificent opportunity for our graduates to see their artwork in conversation with a whole new audience," said Anda Kubis, Chair of OCAD's Drawing and Painting program. "I applaud Daimler Financial Services for investing in their employees and for recognizing the importance of providing a creative working environment."</p>
<p/>
<p>Daimler Financial Services launched Experiencing Perspectives last year in its brand new 164,000 square-foot business center facility in <location>Fort Worth</location>, Texas, with the art departments of Texas Christian University (TCU) in <location>Fort Worth</location> and Southern Methodist University (SMU) in <location>Dallas</location>.</p>
<p/>
<p>That initiative was patterned after a similar partnership with Cranbrook Academy of Art in Metro <location>Detroit</location> where graduate students' art has been displayed for the past eight years on a 12-month rotating basis in the company's headquarters in Farmington Hills, Mich.</p>
<p/>
<p><person>Brain Fulton</person>, President and CEO of Daimler Financial Services <location>Canada</location>, said employees are excited by the creative experience in their new environment.</p>
<p/>
<p>"We have the opportunity to fill our work space with cutting-edge, contemporary visual art," Fulton said. "In bringing this art to our employees, it represents our commitment to a creative approach to our business and to serving our dealers and our customers."</p>
<p/>
<p>Representatives of the <location>Toronto</location> news media are invited to see this exhibition and meet representatives from Daimler Financial's Mississauga office and the Ontario College of Art & Design at <chron>6 p.m.</chron> <chron>Wednesday, December 2</chron>, at Daimler Financial Services, 2680 Matheson Boulevard East, Mississauga, Ontario L4W OA5.</p>
