Craig Wireless Launches WiMAX in Vancouver, British Columbia
VANCOUVER, Feb. 23 /CNW/ - Craig Wireless Systems Ltd. ("Craig Wireless") (TSX: CWG) announced today that they have deployed Canada's first 4G WiMAX network that is bringing high-speed wireless broadband service to Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.
The deployment is part of the first phase of a WiMAX network announced by Craig Wireless and Motorola in September 2009. When complete later this year, the Craig Wireless network is expected to serve over one million people in and around Vancouver.
