Cohen & Steers Marks Five Years in Asia With New Staff and Services
</pre> <p>NEW YORK, <span class="xn-chron">July 15</span> /CNW/ -- Cohen & Steers, Inc. (NYSE: CNS) is marking the fifth anniversary of its <span class="xn-location">Hong Kong</span> office, which was established in <span class="xn-chron">July 2005</span>. The anniversary coincides with the addition of three new hires who will expand and enhance the firm's capabilities in the region.</p> <p/> <p><span class="xn-person">Anton Chan</span> has joined as the head of institutional marketing and client service for Asia. He will focus on expanding Cohen & Steers' institutional relationships in Asia ex-Japan and will oversee institutional client service. Before joining Cohen & Steers, <span class="xn-person">Mr. Chan</span> was a vice president with Bank of New York Mellon in sales and relationship management for North Asia ex-Japan.</p> <p/> <p>The firm also added <span class="xn-person">Grace Ding</span> as a Hong Kong-based member of the global listed infrastructure research team. <span class="xn-person">Ms. Ding</span> came from Nomura International in <span class="xn-location">Hong Kong</span>, where she specialized in Asian gas pipeline, gas distribution and electric power companies.</p> <p/> <p><span class="xn-person">Jackie Choy</span>, formerly with Lehman Brothers, is a research analyst covering <span class="xn-location">Hong Kong</span> and <span class="xn-location">China</span>.
