Climate Summit of the Americas Opens the Market

Tharp, Co-Chair of University of Toronto Environmental Finance Advisory Committee, joined Robert Peterman, Director, Global Business Development, Toronto Stock Exchange & TSX Venture Exchange to open the market to mark this week's Climate Summit of the Americas in Toronto.  The Climate Summit, hosted by the Province of Ontario, brings together Pan-American jurisdictions, as well as environmental groups and industry, to work towards common approaches to reducing greenhouse gas emissions through broader adoption of carbon pricing mechanisms, and highlight opportunities for investing in a global low-carbon economy.
