CLC Announces Sale of Dominion Building

CHARLOTTETOWN, Aug. 6 /CNW/ - Canada Lands Company (CLC) has announced the sale of the Dominion Building in downtown Charlottetown to Rank Incorporated.

"CLC is pleased to have successfully concluded this transaction with Rank Incorporated," said Ron Pachal, CLC's General Manager, Real Estate, Atlantic Region. "We sincerely appreciate the cooperation that we received from the City of Charlottetown and various stakeholders, especially the Greater Charlottetown Area Chamber of Commerce's Dominion Building Task Force."

Rank Incorporated is one of Atlantic Canada's most prominent developers, and has completed a number of significant projects in the region.

CLC is a federal Crown corporation that optimizes the financial and community value obtained from surplus properties no longer required by the Government of Canada.
