TORONTO, Feb. 5 /CNW/ - Claymore Investments, Inc. as manager of the Fund (the "Manager") hereby announces and provides notice that it will be amending the Fund's trust agreement to authorize the Fund to issue an unlimited number of Common Units and Institutional Class Units (in addition to the unlimited number of Advisor Class Units the Fund is currently authorized to issue). Certain incidental amendments will also be made to the trust agreement as a result of the changes described above. The amendments to the trust agreement are expected to become effective from and after March 8, 2010.
