Mr. Shields has significant expertise in financial management, corporate M&A, capital management and strategic development. Mr. Shields' industry experience includes telecommunications, wireless technology, media, publishing, food and bakeries, and oil and gas. Mr. Shields is a MBA graduate of the Richard Ivey School of Business and is also a professional engineer. Mr. Shields will be appointed as Audit Committee Chairman.
