Mr. Shaw
's appointment was ratified through a vote of shareholders at the Company's annual general meeting for fiscal 2009.
Mr. Shaw
formerly spent 30 years with the ATCO Group of Companies in a variety of roles and has vast experience in strategic management, international ventures and board directorships.
