VANCOUVER, April 12 /CNW/ - Canadian Mining (the "Company") is pleased to announce that it has completed five core holes at its Bullard Pass gold project, Arizona and drilling at hole 6 is now at 400'. Samples from holes 1, 2, 3 and half of hole 4 are presently being analyzed by Skyline Labs of Tucson and results will be reported as available. Samples from the bottom half of hole 4, hole 5 and 6 are now being logged and photographed for pick-up by the lab on Wednesday, April 14th.
Dr. Pat O'Hara the Company's U.S. qualified person is encouraged that "variable intensities of iron oxides, copper oxides and manganese oxides plus local calcite veining, quartz-carbonate veining, calcite-hematite veining, and manganese oxide veining are present in the core. Spotty clay alteration, bleaching, and calcite alteration are present as well. These variables indicate that hydrothermal fluids passed through the rock units. However, only the laboratory results will indicate if gold mineralization is present."
Canadian Mining's exploration philosophy of identifying past-producing areas, implementing current models such as the detachment fault at the Bullard and combined with the Enzyme Leach protocol have resulted in selective drill targets which the Company has pursued.
