THORNHILL, ON, Jan. 3, 2014 /CNW/ - CAA South Central Ontario (CAA SCO)
is experiencing extremely high call volumes and increased wait times
due to the extreme cold weather.
Currently, we are experiencing approximately 1,000 calls per hour and
wait times of up to 5 hours for low priority calls.
CAA SCO thanks our members for their patience during this cold snap. We
are currently servicing those stranded in the cold or safety related
high priority calls first.
Due to the high call volumes, members are being reminded they can also
request service online at http://www.caasco.com/Requestroadside. Members will need to enter their postal code.
Meanwhile, members can obtain their own service from an alternate tow
provider and submit the receipt for reimbursement dependent on their
