Portfolio Links Transaction, Infrastructure, and Business Value in a Unified Model of Service Delivery

LAS VEGAS, May 17 /CNW/ - CA WORLD - CA Technologies (NASDAQ: CA) today announced a comprehensive Service Assurance strategy and portfolio to help organizations determine how well they are delivering business services across physical, virtual and cloud environments. By leveraging the integration and deep analytics found across the CA eHealth(R), NetQoS(R), Spectrum(R), and Wily Application Performance Management (APM) products, the CA Service Assurance portfolio uniquely links applications, transactions and services to infrastructure to facilitate better service delivery. This information helps build comprehensive, dynamic service models that give IT executives, operations staff and application owners a centralized, real-time view of the health, quality and risk of critical services and transactions. By extending technology developed by NetQoS, CA Service Assurance will offer an infrastructure performance dashboard with consolidated, customizable views of data collected from across the Service Assurance portfolio and third-party sources. CA Spectrum Service Assurance will continue to provide the modeling and reporting capabilities for business service analytics, and CA APM will continue to provide the dashboards for business transaction and customer experience insight.
