Series Re-designations Scheduled for Early September

In conjunction with management fee reductions, Bridgehouse intends to re-designate current investors in Series AN to Series A and Series FN to Series F for Brandes Global Equity Fund, Brandes Global Opportunities Fund, Brandes International Equity Fund and Sionna Canadian Equity Fund, and will eliminate Series AN and Series FN for the respective funds, pending required approvals. These changes are expected to be implemented on or about September 2, 2016.

In anticipation of these upcoming series re-designations, Series AN and Series FN will be closed to new purchases as of August 1, 2016 for Brandes Global Equity Fund, Brandes Global Opportunities Fund, Brandes International Equity Fund and Sionna Canadian Equity Fund. These changes will simplify the line-up of series offered by these funds.  All processing, costs and expenses associated with these re-designations will be paid for by Bridgehouse.

Also, effective immediately, the investment strategies of Brandes Emerging Markets Value Fund have been changed to reflect that the fund will generally invest in the equity securities of companies that have market capitalizations greater than $3 billion.

"Bridgehouse already offers competitively-priced investment product, for example the Greystone Global Equity Fund and the Lazard Global Low Volatility Fund," says Carol Lynde, President and Chief Operating Officer of Bridgehouse. "We're upping our competitiveness with these new lower management fees on these Brandes and Sionna Funds."
