BMO Financial Group Announces Significant Expansion of BMO Exchange Traded

    Only major financial institution in Canada offering ETFs adds nine new
    products
    

TORONTO, Oct. 26 /CNW/ - Today at the opening of Toronto Stock Exchange BMO Financial Group announced a significant expansion of its BMO Exchange Traded Funds (ETF)* product line, solidifying its commitment as the only major financial institution in Canada to offer a family of ETFs. The addition of nine ETFs brings the total offered by BMO to 13.

    Existing ETFs

        replicate, to the extent possible, the performance of the Citigroup
        Canadian Government Bond Index.

        - BMO Dow Jones Canada Titans 60 Index ETF (ZCN) has been designed to
        replicate, to the extent possible, the performance of the Dow Jones
        Canada Titans 60 Index.

        - BMO US Equity Hedged to CAD Index ETF (ZUE) has been designed to
        replicate, to the extent possible, the performance of the Dow Jones
        U.S. Large-Cap Index (CAD hedged).

        - BMO Dow Jones Industrial Average Hedged to CAD Index ETF (ZDJ) has
        been designed to replicate, to the extent possible, the performance
        of the Dow Jones Industrial Average (CAD hedged).
    

Much like a stock, an ETF is an investment vehicle that is listed and traded on stock exchanges and which can be bought or sold directly during trading hours. ETFs are baskets of securities which consist of stocks, bonds or other assets and generally aim to track the performance of an index.
