Bill 104 unconstitutional - The QFPC respects the ruling

QUÉBEC CITY, Oct. 22 /CNW Telbec/ - The Québec Federation of Parents' Committees (QFPC) intends to respect this morning's ruling by the Supreme Court of Canada concerning Bill 104.
