Avcorp announces amended agreement with Export Development Canada (EDC)

VANCOUVER, Dec. 30 /CNW/ - Avcorp Industries Inc. (AVP on the Toronto Stock Exchange) (the Company) is pleased to announce the completion of a new arrangement with Export Development Canada (EDC).

The EDC $4,097,000 debenture with the Company has been restructured to allow for the deferral of principal and interest payments to March 31, 2011 thereby providing the Company with increased cash flow. EDC, Canada's official export credit agency, has worked with the Company to strengthen its financial position by tailoring its agreement in response to the current financial situation of the Company.
