/CNW Telbec/ - Associated Logistics Solutions (ALS) announced today that it has acquired McKesson Canada's partnership interest in McKesson Logistics Solutions (MLS). MLS was created in
April 2004
, as a result of a joint venture between ALS and McKesson

, with each partner holding a 50% stake in the venture. Under the confidential terms of the agreement, ALS will now own a 100% interest in MLS.
