CALGARY, March 26 /CNW/ - Aqueous Capital Corp. (CNSX: SQC) announces that an application has been made by a former shareholder to the Court of Queen's Bench of Alberta to fix the fair value of the shares of Stoneset Equities Ltd., a predecessor to Stoneset Equity Corp., the wholly-owned subsidiary of Aqueous, under the dissent provisions of the Alberta Business Corporations Act. The application has been made by Gemico Enterprises Inc., a former holder of approximately 7.4% of the shares of Stoneset Equities Ltd. and whose principal is Jamila Premji, in connection with the amalgamation effected February 16, 2010 (additional information on the amalgamation is contained in news releases issued February 18, 2010, December 31, 2009 and October 21, 2009). No other persons have exercised any rights of dissent. Aqueous is in the process of consulting legal counsel and intends to respond to the application.
