Ann Payne's Caveman Foods Now HACCP Certified

TORONTO, Feb. 26, 2016 /CNW/ - Ann Payne's Caveman Foods Ltd is now HACCP certified, with a HACCP verification report score of 98% out of 100!

"Working with unpasteurized food requires an extra dollop of food safety knowledge. Getting this HACCP certification was important to us, because it shows that we are working with raw, unpasteurized beverages in a safe, documented, and knowledgeable way".

The HACCP certification is in addition to the organic certification that Ann Payne's Caveman Foods already had. All of our water kefir drinks are certified organic.

Ann Payne's Caveman Foods Ltd was founded based on having perfected a method of preserving the effervescence and vitality of water kefir: water kefir is a pre-historic method of using friendly yeasts and bacteria to turn sugar water into a low-calorie, high enzyme, fresh and raw drink. Water kefir is naturally non-alcoholic.
