Alterra Power Completes Sale of Soda Lake Facility

VANCOUVER, Feb. 2, 2015 /CNW/ - Alterra Power Corp. (TSX: AXY) announces that it has completed its previously announced sale of the 15 MW (8 MW net) Soda Lake geothermal facility located in Fallon, Nevada to an affiliate of Cyrq Energy, Inc., and has received proceeds of US$8.5 million.  For more information, see Alterra's press release announcing the sale on January 8, 2015.
