Update: Charges in CFSEU dismantles illegal gaming enterprise

TORONTO, Feb. 4, 2013 /CNW/ - The Combined Forces Special Enforcement Unit (CFSEU) has made several arrests and dismantled a multi-million-dollar illegal gaming enterprise following the execution of search warrants related to illegal gaming on Sunday, February 3, 2013.

The following persons have been charged:

William MILLER -age 49 of Toronto, Ontario
Martin SPRUCE - age 45 of Vaughan, Ontario
David HAIR - age 44 of London, Ontario
Arno THOMSEN - age 45 of Toronto, Ontario
Andrew BIELLI - age 48 of London, Ontario
Shlomo BUCHLER - age 40 of Toronto, Ontario

All of the above persons have been charged with:

1. Engage in Bookmaking
2. Participate in a Criminal Organization
3. Keep a Common Gaming House
4. Conspiracy to commit an Indictable offence

The accused will appear in court on March 21, 2013 at 1000 Finch Ave West, Toronto, Ontario.
