TORONTO, Dec. 11, 2013 /CNW/ - Slate U.S. Opportunity (No. 3) Realty
Trust (the "Trust") announced today that it has completed a previously
Dill Creek Plaza located in Greer, South Carolina was purchased at an
approximate 7.9% going-in cap rate. The 72,526 square foot property is
100% occupied and is anchored by a BI-LO grocery store.
