LONDON, Feb. 28, 2012 /CNW/ - RBC Dexia Investor Services today announced the appointment of Paul
Stillabower as Head of Strategy to oversee the implementation of the
business's growth strategy, adding to the company's Strategy &
Corporate Services leadership. Mr. Stillabower succeeds Alex Muto, who
is appointed to a new role as Head of Enterprise Transformation.
Mr. Stillabower joins from HSBC Securities Services, where he was Global
Head, Business Development, Funds Services & Global Custody. Previously
he held a number of other senior roles at HSBC and RBC in business
building, auditing, risk and operations. In his new role, he will be
responsible for leading all strategy-related planning and execution
activities around the growth plan for the business, including tailored
strategies for specific client segments. He will report to Michael
Wilson, Global Head, Strategy & Corporate Services.

Mr. Muto will continue to lead corporate development for the company in
