Marc Filion, as 7th member of its Board of Directors

(ASP) of electronic medical record (EMR) software and related services today announced that Marc Filion
has been appointed to the Company's Board of Directors, effective

Mr. Filion has held many leadership positions in the Healthcare and
technology industries, most recently, as COO of Telus Health. Prior to
joining Telus, Mr. Filion was an instrumental member of the leadership
team that started and grew BCE Emergis until its sale to Telus. Mr.
Filion has more than 20 years of experience in business leadership,
turnaround, strategy, sales, negotiation, partnership, mergers,
acquisitions and divestitures. He is currently the President of a
management consulting firm, Vision 360, which offers strategic growth
and turnaround, negotiation, merger and acquisition consulting services
to Canadian enterprises. Mr. Filion holds an MBA in Strategy and
Marketing from UCLA Anderson School of Management and a BA in Marketing
from HEC Montréal.
