WHAT:   Committed to improving the quality of care throughout the health care system, the Community Care Access Centre 2010 - 2011 Quality Report demonstrates the CCACs' solution-focused approach to advancing Ontario's health care priorities: keeping more people safe at home; increasing access to health care services; smoothing transitions between health care services; and sustaining quality care.
  As Ontario's home and community care sector evolves, Ontario's 14 CCACs are consistently looking for ways to improve performance and adopt innovative solutions to overcome challenges.  The CCACs are successfully working together to apply thier care coordination expertise and quality care commitment to help optimize Ontario's health care system and enhance the client experience.
