TORONTO, Sept. 4, 2012 /CNW/ - Donald Meade, an owner of Rx110, Inc.
announced today he's reached a binding settlement with RXT 110, Inc
(CNSX: ZRO) previously Triangle Multi-Services Corporation (CNSX: TMS)
and renamed BioSenta, Inc to reclaim full intellectual property rights
for his revolutionary Rx100 Technology.
Rx100 is a scientifically proven alternative to the fillers found in
most construction materials and products used worldwide. Where
traditional fillers were proven to attract and promote the growth of
mould, Rx100 was engineered to eliminate mould at the source. For the
first time ever, Rx100 and its host of products offer the opportunity
to rid mould and its related health hazards from our environment.
"I began my venture with RXT 110 Inc. as a licensee for Canada with the
mission to eliminate mould from our world," explains Meade. "When a
decision was made by RXT 110 Inc. to utilize the more temporary 'dry
ice' and 'decanted brine' solutions for mould remediation, it became
clear that we did not share that vision." Meade immediately resigned
from his position in August 2011.
As part of the settlement, Donald Meade and his family returned all
shares issued in favor of his intellectual property for the Canadian
"Most people don't realize that a staggering 73% of homes in Canada
contain mould," says Meade. "That's a direct result of ground
limestone-based fillers used in everything from paint, to drywall, to
roofing and siding materials. Ground limestone is a mould magnet. Rx100
acts as a mould repellent. If we are to address the serious health
hazards of mould for ourselves and generations to come, we need to stop
the short-sighted, short-term solutions. Rx100 offers a permanent
solution to mould and that's where we can focus the company's time and
Rx100 is a revolutionary technology developed exclusively by Donald
Meade over the past 14 years. The technology developed and owned by
Meade is the only known technology in the world that not only
eliminates mould at the source but in the cleaning product line is
impervious to regrowth for up to 99 years.
"I am pleased to have my technology and full rights back. I have always
retained my passion and commitment to serve the company's growing
client base," says Meade. "Additionally, I look forward to expanding
our reach with the introduction of our "ringed" (encapsulated) version
of Rx100 to supply the plastics industry with leading solutions for
mould, antimicrobial and increased fire retardency solutions. This and
other recent developments will establish Rx110, Inc. as the leader in
the filler technology segment well into the future."
