VANCOUVER, Oct. 31, 2013 /CNW/ - Two Mobil 1 locations (64th Ave & 200th St and 56th Ave & Bypass) in Langley will donate two dollars from every oil change
in November to Honour House Society to support our heroes.
To kick of the event, on November 1st Mobil 1 will donate the proceeds from all oil change sales from both
locations to Honour House Society. Representatives of the Canadian
Forces, Fire, Paramedics and Police will be onsite to show support for
the event. There will be a barbeque at both locations from 12-4pm to
show appreciation for customers supporting this cause, as well as a
grand prize draw for a Heli-Jet trip to Victoria and stay at the
General Manager of Langley Mobil 1 Lube Express Adam Coleman, a veteran
of the Afghanistan conflict, hopes to raise $10,000 for this worthwhile

November is a month for Remembrance. Honour House remembers those who
have made the ultimate sacrifice and also provides accommodation for
our heroes, who put their lives on the lines on a daily basis for our

house up and running and Mobil 1's generous contribution will certainly
help Honour House continue to serve our heroes."
Honour House, located at 509 St. Georges Street in New Westminster is a
"home-away-from-home" for Canadian Forces Personnel, Veterans,
emergency services (fire, paramedics and police) and their families to
stay in times of need, while receiving treatment in the Metro Vancouver
area. Honour House Society is a registered not for profit and
charitable organization with a mandate to provide accommodation, free
of charge, to our heroes.
