TORONTO, Dec. 4, 2013 /CNW/ - Kia Canada was presented two Automobile
Journalists Association of Canada (AJAC) Car of the Year category
awards. First, the all-new 2014 Kia Soul Urban Hatchback was announced
winner of the "Best New Family Car (Under $30,000)" award by AJAC, and
second, the 2014 Kia Sorento was named as the "Best New SUV/CUV
($35,000 - $60,000)".
Both vehicles faced tough competition throughout AJAC's week-long
comprehensive testing period, known as TestFest, which occurred at the

Mercedes-Benz GLK 250 BlueTEC 4MATIC, Hyundai Santa Fe XL, Jeep Grand
Cherokee and GMC Acadia Denali.
"Kia Canada is elated that the all-new 2014 Kia Soul and 2014 Sorento

selected as the top vehicles in their respective categories," said

also with Canadian consumers."
These prestigious awards automatically qualify the all-new 2014 Kia Soul
and 2014 Sorento for consideration as the 2014 AJAC 'Canadian Car of
