VANCOUVER, Feb. 16, 2012 /CNW/ - In an effort to raise funds to combat
pediatric cancer, the Sears Great Canadian Chill challenges everyone in
the Lower Mainland to participate in an energizing and meaningful swim
into cool waters on February 18, 2012. The first annual BC Chill aims
to raise funds that will support research to help find a cure for
pediatric cancer. Monies raised at this Polar Bear Swim will support
pediatric cancer-focused research through the Sears Canada Charitable
Foundation and will be directed to the BC Children's Hospital (BCCH).

their efforts to help children living with cancer and their families,"

English Bay at Second Beach in Stanley Park, Vancouver on February 18th. As part of the invigorating event, live entertainment, food and
family-friendly activities will be provided, adding to the festivities.
