the appointment of Denis Couture as Executive Vice-President, Public
and International Affairs. In addition to public affairs, his
responsibilities will include industry and governmental relations on an
international basis. He will play a strategic counsel role with
respect to Ivanhoé Cambridge's global repositioning. This appointment
is effective immediately. He will also oversee the transition of his
role at the Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec.

for external communications at Air Canada.
