Joynt spent the first part of his career on the agency side before
joining PepsiCo and then Cadbury Schweppes in key marketing roles. Most
recently, as Director of Marketing at Walmart, Derek was responsible
for leveraging shopper and category insights to develop go-to-market
strategies designed to influence merchandise planning, seasonal
advertising and in-store experience.
Rydlo will leverage his experience from Procter & Gamble and Coca-Cola
in research, launching new products, and social media. Most recently,
as Director of Marketing at Campbell Company of Canada, Martin led the
turnaround of several businesses, established one of the Top 5 Shopper
Marketing Teams in Canada, and spearheaded the company's breakthrough
cause marketing efforts.
