HALIFAX, Feb. 16, 2012 /CNW/ - Clarke Inc. ("Clarke" or the "Company")
(TSX: CKI CKI.DB CKI.DB.A) today announced that Rob Normandeau,
President, CEO and director of the Company, has resigned and accepted a
position with another firm. Effective March 1, 2012, George Armoyan
will assume the position of Interim President and Chief Executive
Officer of Clarke.

in April 2005 and assumed the role of President on January 1, 2009
