CALGARY, May 10, 2013 /CNW/ - The Alberta Securities Commission (ASC)
has reciprocated bans imposed by the British Columbia Securities
Commission (BCSC) on JV Raleigh Superior Holdings Inc., Ingram Jeffrey
Eshun and Maisie Smith (a.k.a. Maizie Smith).
An ASC panel ordered that Eshun and Smith be, among other things,
permanently banned from trading in or purchasing securities or exchange
contracts, acting as a director or officer of any issuer or registrant,
and acting as a registrant or promoter. The ASC panel also ordered
that all trading in or purchasing of JV Raleigh Superior Holdings
securities permanently cease.
