goeasy Ltd. Announces Renewal of Securitization Warehouse Facility

Right-Sized Facility to $910 million
Lowered Interest Rate by 35 bps

MISSISSAUGA, ON, Sept. 30, 2026 /CNW/ -- goeasy Ltd. (TSX: GSY), ("goeasy" or the "Company"), one of Canada's leading consumer lenders focused on delivering a full suite of financial services to Canadians with non-prime credit scores, today announced the renewal of its revolving securitization warehouse facility collateralized by consumer loans (the "Facility") effective September 29, 2026, including its ability to make additional draws on the Facility subject to certain conditions.

The renewed Facility will provide total contractual borrowing capacity of $910 million, reduced from $1.12 billion to better align with goeasy's anticipated funding requirements during the renewed term and reduce costs associated with unused capacity. Advances under the Facility will bear interest at an annual rate of Adjusted Daily Compounded Canadian Overnight Repo Rate Average ("Adjusted CORRA") plus 275 bps, a 35 bps decrease from the 310 bps spread over Adjusted CORRA applicable under the Facility previously. The lending syndicate remains unchanged.

The Company has satisfied the conditions to incremental borrowing under the Facility that were agreed to with the lenders in March 2026, including delivery of a satisfactory audit report and the replacement of its backup servicer. With the renewal of the Facility, additional draws, which may only be made to fund new loan originations, will remain subject to customary borrowing conditions, including standard representations and compliance with applicable covenants, eligibility criteria and borrowing-base requirements. Additional draws to fund prior loan originations may be effected only after the Company's revolving credit facility has been extended to July 18, 2028 or a later date and the Company's financial forecast has been delivered and accepted by the Facility lenders.

The Company will continue to utilize an interest rate swap agreement to generate fixed rate payments on the amounts drawn. The maturity date for the renewed Facility is October 29, 2027.
