Neutrinos launches Kamios to take enterprise AI from pilot to production in insurance and other regulated industries

NEW YORK and SINGAPORE, Sept. 30, 2026 /CNW/ -- Neutrinos, the AI automation and orchestration company, today launched Kamios (www.kamios.ai), the governed agentic AI orchestration platform for insurance and regulated industries. Enterprises have proven that agents can perform individual tasks. Production, however, is where the work stalls. A single case crosses many people, systems, rules and approvals, and running agents through it without giving up control, traceability or predictable cost has become a key barrier to enterprise AI adoption. At a Tier-1 insurer, straight-through processing on new business moved from 2% to 35%, and at another Tier-1 insurer, a claims program raised automation from 45% to 78% without replacing the core platform. Six client programs run on the platform today across insurance and financial services, spanning customer onboarding, claims adjudication, new business issuance, travel claims and underwriting.

Work enters Kamios through any channel: a voice call, a chat, an email or a system event. The platform runs the case end to end across six governed layers: Declare, Ground, Orchestrate, Act, Govern and Improve. A team writes down the rules it already follows, in plain English, and a manager signs off on them. That becomes the mandate: what the agents are allowed to do, and where they have to stop and ask. Agents and people are coordinated on a single shared record, any model can be used for the task it suits, and the platform can run entirely inside the customer's own environment. Authority, evidence and cost are captured as each decision is made rather than reconstructed afterwards.

For insurers, the core stays and the throughput changes: new business, underwriting and claims run straight through on the systems already in place. For banks, onboarding, KYC, dispute handling, servicing and credit decisioning run the same way, with the audit trail written as the decision is made. For financial services firms, client servicing, collections and reconciliation follow the same governed model, and AI cost becomes a line item rather than an estimate, reconciled per case, per mandate and per team.
