Edge Copper Provides Board and Management Update

VANCOUVER, BC, Sept. 30, 2026 /CNW/ -- Edge Copper Corporation (TSX: EDCU) ("Edge Copper" or the "Company") is pleased to announce the appointment of Sarah Terrell as a director and Brent Arsenault as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Company, each effective October 1, 2026. The appointment of Brent Arsenault follows the retirement of the Company's current CFO, Patricia Fong.  

Sarah Terrell, Director

Ms. Terrell brings more than 25 years of broad international experience in commodities, trading, complex international supply chains, business development, risk management and corporate governance. She is currently Senior Vice President, Trading and Global Head of Sulfuric Acid at Trammo, Inc., an international physical commodity trading company, where she leads the company's global sulfuric acid trading business and an international team of trading and logistics professionals.

Ms. Terrell has served as a director of Trammo, Inc. since 2021. Since 2017, she has also been a director of Trans Sud Ltda. Through Trans Sud, she has been involved in the governance of a joint venture in which Trammo is a partner, commercializing and distributing sulfuric acid across Chile and Peru, primarily for the copper mining industry.

Earlier in her career, Ms. Terrell held senior trading and commercial positions involving sulfuric acid, sulfur, fertilizer and copper raw materials at Keytrade AG, Sulphuric Acid Trading Company (Sumitomo) and Noranda Inc.

Ms. Terrell holds a Bachelor of Commerce in International Business from the University of British Columbia.

Brent Arsenault, CFO

Mr. Arsenault has more than 18 years of finance and accounting experience, including senior finance roles with public and private companies, with strong experience in the mining sector. He has been serving as a Senior Finance Consultant to Edge Copper since 2025, supporting the CFO transition. Prior to joining Edge Copper, Mr. Arsenault held senior finance positions with companies including Brio Gold Inc. and Yamana Inc.

Mr. Arsenault is a CPA, CA and has a Bachelor of Accounting degree from Brock University.
