INTURAI PROVIDES DEFENCE TECH COMPETITION RESULTS AND COMPANY UPDATE

• DomeCommand, the drone command-and-control platform the Company recently acquired, won first and third place in the two-day team integration category at the Singapore Defense Tech Hackathon 2026, in entries collaborating with partner teams.
• In the first-place entry, Team Echelon connected its acoustic localisation system and Team Aegis connected its interceptor drone to DomeCommand within the two-day event, demonstrating detection, localisation and coordinated interception in a competition setting.
• As part of its business development activities, Inturai recently signed a three-year Master Services Agreement with Brihaspathi Technologies Limited, which reports more than 2 million cameras deployed across India. The agreement is a framework for future projects, with revenue dependent on individual projects being signed under it. The Company continues to work on its other sensor opportunities, which are at different stages of testing and commercial discussions.

VANCOUVER, BC, Sept. 29, 2026 /CNW/ -- Inturai Ventures Corp. (the "Company") (CSE: URAI) (OTC: URAIF) (FSE: 3QG0) is pleased to report that DomeCommand, the drone command-and-control platform the Company recently acquired, won first and third place in the two-day team integration category, "Lord of the Rings", at the Singapore Defense Tech Hackathon 2026 (the "Hackathon"), held in Singapore from September 25 to 27, 2026. DomeCommand platform allows a single operator to coordinate multiple drones and sensor feeds and presents ranked response options for human approval. It competed in two joint entries alongside partner teams.

The Hackathon was co-organised by NUS Enterprise, TUM Venture Labs and the European Defense Tech Hub. It ran a two-day open challenge alongside an invitation-only three-month extended challenge. DomeCommand took part in the three-month development track, then competed in the final two-day integration category in joint entries with partner teams.

DomeCommand, Team Echelon and Team Aegis took first place. Echelon integrated its acoustic localisation system, and Aegis integrated its interceptor drone with DomeCommand, and the joint entry demonstrated an end-to-end sequence of detection, localisation and coordinated interception, run at the edge.

DomeCommand also placed third with Team Phylax. Phylax built a civilian defence application for Singapore that used DomeCommand's simulation capabilities to model drone attacks and generate guidance for civilians during an incident.

For the Company, the relevant result is integration speed: each partner team built on or connected to DomeCommand within two days. These were competition demonstrations built in a controlled setting. They were not operational deployments, were not evaluated in the field by a defence customer, and do not represent a commercial agreement. The advertised prizes were S$8,000 for first place and S$2,000 for third place, shared among DomeCommand and the partner teams in each winning entry. The Company's RF sensing technology was not part of the winning entries.

Low-cost drones are a growing concern for defence forces, including in Singapore. In his Committee of Supply speech on February 27, 2026, Singapore's Minister for Defence, Mr Chan Chun Sing, said that "the rise of cheap asymmetric capabilities, including drones, will present both threats and opportunities," that "we cannot use a missile to take down every drone that comes at us," and that the Singapore Armed Forces "will also be focusing our effort to integrate both manned and unmanned operations as a system." The Company will provide further updates on DomeCommand product development as it progresses.

Separately, the Company continues to work on its aged care, retail and data centre opportunities for Spatial Intelligence, which are at different stages of testing and commercial discussions. The Company carries out this work largely through channel partners and technology providers with commercial agreements on an opportunity by opportunity basis.

As part of its business development activities, the Company also recently signed a three-year Master Services Agreement with Brihaspathi Technologies Limited, an India-based security and surveillance technology company that reports more than 2 million cameras deployed across India. The agreement covers commercial and enterprise projects, including retail, facilities management, transport and smart city applications. The Brihaspathi agreement carries no initial revenue, and the Company will update the market as material developments occur.
