GO RESIDENTIAL REAL ESTATE INVESTMENT TRUST ANNOUNCES RECORD DATE AND MEETING DATE FOR SPECIAL MEETING OF UNITHOLDERS

TORONTO, Sept. 25, 2026 /CNW/ -- GO Residential Real Estate Investment Trust ("GO REIT") (TSX: GO.U) announced today that the record date for the determination of those GO REIT trust unit holders ("GO Unitholders") entitled to receive notice of and vote at the upcoming special meeting of GO Unitholders to be held on November 13, 2026 (the "Special Meeting") will be as of the close of business on October 2, 2026. The Special Meeting will be held in a virtual-only format by way of live audio webcast. 

The purpose of the Special Meeting is for GO Unitholders to consider, and if thought advisable, approve the issuance of 134,208,643 trust units of GO REIT, as partial consideration for GO REIT's indirect acquisition of a portfolio of 27 properties from H&R Real Estate Investment Trust (the "Transaction"), as previously announced.
