Canadian National Stock Exchange - New Listing - Lexaria Corp. (LXX)

TORONTO, Oct. 26 /CNW/ - The common shares of Lexaria Corp. have been approved for listing on CNSX. The Company has 10,637,370 common shares outstanding with a public float of 6,618,567 shares.

Lexaria Corp. is exploring for and developing oil and natural gas assets in low-risk areas of Canada and the United States. Its current focus is oil field development and exploration in Mississippi and is producing both natural gas and oil from various wells. Its earlier discovery of the Belmont Lake oil field is leading to efforts to fully develop that field and to examine similar anomolies in nearby exploration areas.
