Satori's 2022 Virtual Future Leader Development Program

This program, set to begin in January 2022, has the following learning outcomes:

At Satori, we know the importance of continual training as 'one and done' training rarely sticks. With Satori's Future Leader Development Program, we will work with your Future Leaders over the span of 12 months with one full day training session per quarter coupled with pre-work, homework and one-on-one Executive Coaching. The coaching is focused on locking in the learning through self reflection, application, and accountability.
Satori's proprietary Future Leader Program is tailored to people who are leadership ready or relatively new to management/leadership. The program is unique in its ability to gather high potentials and provide them with the tools they need to identify and create their own unique leadership style and purpose.
The curriculum developed and personalized by Satori Consulting's CEO and Master Coach, Sandi Verrecchia, focuses on the importance of developing each participants' individual goals, all while challenging their self awareness, commitment, practice, and accountability for change.
The four core curriculum themes are:

- Trust and Influence
- Accountability & Expanding Comfort Zones
- Strategic Thinking
In addition, each of their participants will complete an Everything DiSC ® Agile EQ Assessment - a powerful and insightful tool- which will:
- Discover the instinctive mindsets that shape the participants responses and interactions.
- Recognize opportunities to stretch beyond what comes naturally to the participants.
- Take action to become more agile in their approach to social and emotional situations.
