Tiex Inc. Announces Corporate Communications Agreement

KELOWNA, BC, Nov. 20 /CNW/ - Tiex Inc. ("Tiex" or the "Company") (TSX-V:TIX) is pleased to announce that it has retained the Corporate Communications services of Mr. Doug Kerr as Corporate Communications Manager for communicating the Company's message to the North American capital markets.

Mr. Kerr has been instrumental in helping companies create much needed exposure to the investment community. "Tiex is very pleased to engage Mr. Kerr's services," stated Ernie Bergvinson President and CEO. "His exposure to the mining community and the knowledge he gained as a former stock broker are exactly what we are looking for. This will help in furthering Tiex's progress to a targeted investor audience." Doug Kerr stated, "I'm extremely excited to be working with Tiex. The Cariboo Gold Field projects show great promise and as Ernie's team explores these projects I am looking forward to conveying these developments to the investment community."

The contract is slated for an initial 3 month term with prospects for renewal at $1,500 per month with a grant of incentive stock options to purchase up to 150,000 shares in the capital of the Company at the price of $0.18 per share. The grant of stock options is for a term of five years and shall vest pursuant to the vesting provisions, and terms and conditions of the Company's stock option plan and the policies of the TSX Venture Exchange.
