ESI to Divest its ESI Integrity Inc Subsidiary - update

BURNABY, BC, Nov. 13 /CNW/ - ESI Entertainment Systems Inc. ("ESI" or the "Company") (CNSX:ESY) has extended the Closing date for the sale of its wholly owned subsidiary ESI Integrity Inc to Insight ID Inc of Mississauga to December 11, 2009. All other terms, including satisfaction or waiver of all preconditions to closing remain unchanged.
