Gartner, Inc. in the Leaders quadrant in the "Magic Quadrant for Managed and
Professional Network Service Providers, North America, 1H08/2008"(i) report.
    Gartner, a leading analyst firm, states companies positioned in the

in the market." The report also notes "vendor and customer experience weighs
