PADLOCK EURO STORAGE FUND I ANNOUNCES UPSIZE OF UK REFINANCE DEBT

TORONTO, March 20, 2025 /CNW/ - Padlock Euro Storage Fund I (the "Trust") announced today that it has successfully increased the proceeds of its £102,700,000 Senior Secured Term Loan Facility (the "Facility"). The Facility, solely secured by a first, fixed legal mortgage over the properties indirectly owned by the Trust, will be upsized to £155,000,000. The larger loan size will primarily be dedicated to expansion capital expenditure for existing properties and acquiring new sites as the Trust continues to grow its platform in the United Kingdom.

The Facility has maintained the same maturity date which is 3 years from initial inception of the loan with 2 one-year extension options. The Facility is a variable rate loan.
