3. Evolve XRP ETF Expected to Begin Trading on June 18, 2025 
   Evolve Funds Group Inc. ("Evolve" or the "Manager") is pleased to announce that it has filed a final prospectus with plans to bring Evolve XRP ETF ("XRP" or the "Evolve Fund") to Canadian investors. XRP's investment objective is to hold substantially all of its assets in physical XRP in order to provide a secure and convenient way for investors to hold the cryptocurrency in a brokerage account. XRP is expected to begin trading on the Toronto Stock Exchange ("TSX") on June 18, 2025 under the ticker symbols XRP (CAD Unhedged) and XRP.U (USD), subject to TSX approval.

5. Sprott Physical Uranium Trust Announces Upsized US$200 Million Bought Deal Financing 
   Sprott Inc. (NYSE: SII) (TSX: SII) ("Sprott") on behalf of the Sprott Physical Uranium Trust (TSX: U.UN) (TSX: U.U) ("SPUT" or the "Trust") is pleased to announce that as a result of strong investor demand, the Trust has amended its agreement with Canaccord Genuity Corp. (the "Underwriter"), pursuant to which the Underwriter has agreed to purchase 11,600,000 units of the Trust (the "Units") at a price of US$17.25 per Unit (the "Offering Price") for aggregate gross proceeds of US$200,100,000 (the "Offering").
6. Club Med, Station Mont Tremblant, and Brivia Group are in discussions to develop a Club Med resort on the Versant Soleil side of Tremblant 
   This resort project, which would aim for eco-friendly certification and offer around 300 high-end rooms, is planned to be located on the Versant Soleil side, on part of the L'Hymne-des-Trembles site. The overall development project is spearheaded by Brivia Group, a renowned real estate developer known for landmark projects that blend contemporary elegance, architectural excellence, and refined design.
7. Sprott Physical Uranium Trust Announces US$100 Million Bought Deal Financing 
   Sprott Inc. (NYSE: SII) (TSX: SII) ("Sprott") on behalf of the Sprott Physical Uranium Trust (TSX: U.UN) (TSX: U.U) ("SPUT" or the "Trust") today announced that it has entered into an agreement with Canaccord Genuity Corp (the "Underwriter") pursuant to which the Underwriter has agreed to purchase on a "bought deal" basis 5,800,000 units of the Trust (the "Units") at a price of US$17.25 per Unit (the "Offering Price"), representing total gross proceeds of US$100,050,000 (the "Offering").
8. BMO to Acquire Burgundy Asset Management 
   BMO (TSX:BMO) (NYSE:BMO) and Burgundy Asset Management Ltd. today announced the signing of a definitive agreement for BMO to acquire Burgundy Asset Management Ltd. Burgundy is a leading independent wealth manager, providing discretionary investment management for private clients, foundations, endowments, pensions and family offices with approximately $27 billion in assets under management, as of May 31, 2025.
9. Aurora Cannabis Files Full Year Results and Announces Fiscal 2025 Fourth Quarter
