Collective Mining to Commence Trading on NYSE American Under CNL

TORONTO, July 17, 2024 /CNW/ - Collective Mining Ltd. (TSX: CNL) (OTCQX: CNLMF) (FWB: GG1) ("Collective" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that its common shares (the "Common Shares") have been approved for listing and trading on the NYSE American LLC ("NYSE American"). The Company expects that its Common Shares will commence trading at market open on the NYSE American on July 22, 2024 under the symbol "CNL". Upon effectiveness of the listing on the NYSE American, trading of the Common Shares on the OTCQX will cease. The Company will remain listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange under the symbol "CNL" and on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange under the symbol "GG1". Current shareholders of the Company do not need to take any action prior to the Company's expected listing on the NYSE American. The Company recommends that investors who have bought shares on the OTCQX monitor their accounts to ensure that their holdings correctly reflect the new ticker symbol.
