Patheon signs global service agreement with Sodexo

    RESEARCH TRIANGLE PARK, NC, July 28 /CNW/ - Patheon Inc. (TSX: PTI)
announced today that it has signed an agreement with Sodexo, Inc (Euronext
Paris: SW) for employee restaurants and catering services at six of its plants
including Cincinnati Ohio, Manati and Caguas in Puerto Rico, Mississauga and
Whitby in Canada and Swindon in the United Kingdom.
    Under the agreement, Sodexo will provide and run the employee restaurants
and food and beverage vending services. They will also design and build out
VIP dining areas at each site for hosting customers and important visitors.
