VRB Power Completes Sale of Assets

    RICHMOND, BC, Jan. 30 /CNW/ - VRB Power Systems Inc. ("VRB Power")
announces that as per its press release dated January 20, 2009, VRB Power
completed the sale of its assets to JD Holdings Inc. on January 29, 2009.
    Proceeds from the sale of the assets will be applied to settle
outstanding creditors and other corporate liabilities of VRB Power.
