TSX Venture Exchange Inc. (the "Exchange") has accepted for filing documentation in connection with the plan of arrangement (the "Arrangement") between People Corporation (the "Company") and 2799825 Ontario Inc. (the "Purchaser").  Pursuant to the Arrangement, the Purchaser, an entity controlled by certain investment funds managed by the Merchant Banking business of Goldman Sachs & Co.
